Summary

This study looks at how getting less sleep than usual affects blood pressure in healthy adults. Researchers will compare people of normal weight and those with obesity, aged 18 to 45. Participants will have their sleep shortened and their blood pressure measured to see if there is a change. The goal is to better understand the link between sleep and heart health.
