Summary
This study tested a 6-week online sleep program for 40 people who recently lost a spouse or long-term partner. The program used cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) to help improve sleep and reduce inflammation. Participants wore a watch to track sleep and gave blood samples to measure inflammation. The goal was to see if the program was helpful and easy to follow.
