This study tests whether it is possible to measure and improve sleep and body clock rhythms in children aged 3 to 6 who are in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU). Researchers will use a watch-like device and saliva tests to track sleep, and try two simple approaches: bright light therapy during the day and limiting food to daytime hours.
