Summary

This study is testing a mobile health platform designed to help children ages 8-12 who don't get enough sleep (less than 8.5 hours per night) sleep longer. The goal is to see if improving sleep can help prevent obesity. The study will enroll 5,000 children and track their sleep duration and body fat changes over time.
