First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) with a CPAP machine affects blood pressure differently in people who are very sleepy versus those who are not. Researchers will analyze data from about 10,000 adults with OSA who were part of previous studies. The goal is to understand how CPAP therapy impacts heart health based on a person's level of daytime sleepiness.
