Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether combining sintilimab (an immunotherapy) with gossypol acetate (a compound from cottonseed) can shrink tumors in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The study will enroll 32 adults aged 18 to 75 with a specific tumor type (pMMR/MSS). Participants take gossypol daily for a lead-in period, then receive sintilimab infusions every three weeks. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
