First seen Jun 30, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug SHR-A1811 to standard chemotherapy and bevacizumab works better than standard therapy alone for people with advanced colorectal cancer who have not had prior treatment. About 300 participants will receive either the new combination or the standard regimen. The study measures how long the cancer stays under control and whether tumors shrink.
