This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (botensilimab and balstilimab) before surgery can shrink tumors and improve outcomes for people with advanced colon cancer that can be removed. About 100 adults with stage IIB to IIIC colorectal cancer will receive the drugs before their operation. The main goal is to see if this approach increases the number of patients who remain cancer-free two years after treatment.
