Summary

This study is testing a special implant, called Tapestry, that is used to help repair a key shoulder tendon (the subscapularis) during shoulder replacement surgery. The goal is to see if the implant helps the tendon heal better and stay intact longer. About 100 adults who need shoulder replacement will be followed for 2 years after surgery to check tendon healing, shoulder function, and safety.
