Summary

This study tests a daily injection called setmelanotide to help people aged 4 and older who have severe obesity due to a brain condition (hypothalamic obesity). Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 26 weeks. The goal is to see if it reduces weight, hunger, and improves quality of life.
