New gel shot aims to get hip arthritis patients moving again

Summary

This study tests a gel called Sensovisc, injected into the hip joint, to see if it safely reduces pain and improves movement in people with hip osteoarthritis. About 25 adults with moderate hip arthritis will receive the injection and be monitored for 6 months. The goal is to relieve pain during rest, activity, and sleep, and to help the joint work better.
