New Self-Management program boosts cancer survivor care

Summary

This study tests a telehealth program that coaches cancer survivors on managing their follow-up care after treatment. About 400 people who finished treatment for early-stage lung or colorectal cancer will participate. The goal is to improve their confidence, communication with doctors, and overall quality of life.
