Summary
This study tests a self-management program (SMART-U) for adults with epilepsy in Uganda. The program includes group sessions and phone follow-ups over 24 weeks. Researchers will compare seizure frequency and quality of life between those in the program and those receiving usual care plus written materials. The goal is to see if this approach helps people better manage their epilepsy.
