NCT ID NCT07468344
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding sauna therapy to standard cardiac rehabilitation can help people with heart failure feel less congested and possibly lower their dose of water pills (diuretics). About 46 adults with heart failure and reduced pumping ability will be randomly assigned to either usual rehab or rehab plus sauna sessions. The goal is to ease symptoms like shortness of breath and swelling, and improve quality of life.
