First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested a safety-planning intervention for adults who came to the emergency department after a suicide attempt or with severe suicidal thoughts. The goal was to see if the plan could be easily used in a real-world hospital setting and if patients found it helpful. Researchers measured how often the plan was used and how satisfied patients were with it.
