Summary

This study is testing whether a drug called sacubitril/valsartan can improve heart function in people who have an artificial heart valve and heart failure with reduced pumping ability. About 220 adults will take the drug and be monitored for at least one grade improvement in their heart failure symptoms. The goal is to see if this medication offers a new way to manage heart failure in this specific group.
