Summary

This study tested a drug called sacubitril-valsartan in 60 adults with heart failure and a weak heart pump. The goal was to see if the drug could lower the chance of major heart problems like heart attack, stroke, or death, and improve how well the heart pumps blood. Participants took the drug and were monitored for changes in heart function and blood markers.
