First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain stimulation method called rTMS to treat depression in people with spinal cord injury (SCI). Fourteen adults with SCI and major depression will receive rTMS daily for four weeks. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and helps reduce depressive symptoms. If successful, larger studies could lead to better depression care for the SCI community.
