New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat metastatic cancers

NCT ID NCT05566574

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests the safety of combining the drug RP-3500 with radiation therapy for people whose cancer has spread and who have a specific gene change (ATM mutation). About 49 adults with advanced solid tumors will receive the combination to find the safest dose and see if it helps control the cancer for at least 6 months. The goal is to ease symptoms and slow tumor growth, not to cure the disease.
