Summary
This study tests whether taking royal jelly and propolis (natural bee products) for two months can reduce inflammation and improve heart health in 50 adults with coronary artery disease. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the supplements or a placebo, and researchers will measure changes in blood markers of inflammation and cardiovascular risk. The goal is to see if these natural compounds can help manage heart disease.
