NCT ID NCT07244250
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at how well root canal treatments work when done in general dental clinics, not specialist offices. About 1,500 patients who had a root canal in 2023 will get a free check-up after three years to see if the tooth is still infected. The goal is to understand why some treated teeth still show signs of disease and what happens to them over time.
