Chilled or heated rinses may ease root canal pain, study finds

Summary

This study looks at whether using cold, hot, or ultrasound-activated rinsing solutions can lower pain and bacteria after a root canal. Sixty adults with painful tooth pulp inflammation will receive one of four rinsing methods. The goal is to find which approach works best for a more comfortable recovery.
