NCT ID NCT07043894

First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 to help children and young adults (ages 6-24) with cancer whose platelet counts drop dangerously low after chemotherapy. Low platelets can cause bleeding and delay treatment. The drug is given as a weekly shot to boost platelet production. Researchers will check how many patients recover safe platelet levels within 3 weeks and monitor for side effects like bleeding or clots. About 50 participants will take part in this single-arm study.
