Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called RN0361 to see if it is safe and can lower very high levels of triglycerides (a type of fat) in the blood. It will involve about 108 healthy adults and adults with high triglycerides. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure how much the drug lowers triglyceride levels after a single injection.
