Summary
This study tested two blood thinners, rivaroxaban and warfarin, in 43 people with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) who had a stroke. The goal was to see which drug better prevents further brain damage over 24 months. Participants took either rivaroxaban twice daily or warfarin daily. The trial used brain scans to measure changes in small blood vessel damage.
