Summary

This study tests a community-based program to help Black and Hispanic teens aged 15-20 cope with chronic stress and prevent depression. Participants will join peer groups to learn skills and will be tracked for 2 years. The goal is to reduce depressive symptoms and improve physical health markers like blood pressure and cholesterol.
