Summary

This study looks at 70 people with heart failure, an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation), and a special pacemaker (CRT) that isn't pacing enough. It compares two procedures: one that fixes the irregular heartbeat (AF ablation) and one that slows the heart's electrical signal (AV node ablation). The goal is to see which approach better improves heart function and quality of life over 6 months.
