First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study compares two different hormone therapy combinations (leuprolide plus abiraterone vs. relugolix plus abiraterone) in men with advanced prostate cancer who are also receiving radiation therapy. The goal is to see which combination causes less damage to the heart and blood vessels. Researchers will use CT scans and blood tests to monitor heart health over time. The trial enrolls 72 men with non-metastatic or biochemically recurrent prostate cancer.
