Summary
This study looks at how urological diseases and their treatments impact patients' work life. Researchers will survey 2000 adults admitted to a hospital in Poland, focusing on those who have major cancer surgeries or stone procedures. Participants will report their job status and quality of life before treatment and at 3 and 6 months after. The goal is to understand recovery patterns and help design better support for returning to work.
