Summary
This study examined how well medical teams perform both technical skills (like chest compressions) and non-technical skills (like communication and leadership) during real cardiac arrest situations. Researchers video-recorded 36 ICU team members and used a validated tool to measure how these skills relate to each other. The goal is to identify areas for improvement in resuscitation training.
