Summary

This study follows healthy girls ages 8-14 and those at risk for PCOS to learn how their menstrual cycles become regular in the first two years after their first period. Researchers will track hormones and cycle patterns through at-home urine tests and clinic visits every six months. The goal is to better understand normal puberty and spot early signs of hormone disorders.
