First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests the safety and effectiveness of giving two cancer drugs (cetuximab and bevacizumab) directly into the brain's arteries each month for children and young adults under 22 with brain tumors that have come back or not responded to treatment. About 20 participants will receive the infusions through a special catheter. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve survival, while monitoring side effects.
