Summary

This study tested whether people with type 2 diabetes and early kidney disease can manage their medications from home. Twelve participants took empagliflozin and, if needed, added finerenone to lower protein in their urine. They measured their own blood pressure, weight, and collected urine and blood samples at home. The goal was to see if this remote approach is practical and effective for personalized treatment.
