Summary
This study is testing whether a special wearable shirt and home devices can safely monitor children (ages 8-18) with heart failure. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for families, especially those living far from hospitals or with limited resources. Researchers will track heart rate, breathing, and activity to build a system that could predict when a child's condition is getting worse.
