NCT ID NCT07335536

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a sedative called remimazolam, combined with alfentanil, can lower the chance of low oxygen levels (hypoxia) during egg retrieval for IVF. About 400 women aged 18-50 will be randomly assigned to receive either remimazolam or the standard drug propofol. The goal is to see which combination is safer and reduces breathing complications.
