Summary
This study helps adults with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or other serious mental illnesses reduce or stop taking anticholinergic medications (like benztropine) when they are no longer needed. These drugs can cause memory problems and other side effects. The goal is to safely lower the dose or stop the medication entirely, which may improve thinking and daily life.
