Summary

This study looked at whether avoiding plastic in food, personal care, and cleaning products can lower levels of plastic-related chemicals in the body and improve health markers. Sixty adults with heart disease risk factors either followed a low-plastic routine for 4 weeks or continued their normal habits. Researchers measured chemical levels in urine and other health indicators to see if the change made a difference.
