Summary

This study looks at how what people eat relates to heart health, gut bacteria, sleep quality, and thinking skills in Singapore adults aged 21 to 80. Participants will keep a food diary and provide blood and stool samples to measure things like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and gut-related substances. The goal is to see if certain eating patterns are linked to better cardiometabolic and gut health.
