Summary

This study is testing a program called Regulation of Cues (ROC) for Latinas who have prediabetes and obesity. The goal is to see if the program helps them manage their eating habits, lose weight, and prevent type 2 diabetes. About 30 women aged 18-55 will take part in 14 sessions and share their feedback.
