New study targets long COVID sleep troubles

Summary
This study tests different treatments for sleep problems caused by Long COVID. About 361 adults with sleep issues like daytime sleepiness or insomnia will receive a treatment matched to their specific sleep problem. The goal is to see if these treatments can improve sleep and reduce daytime impairment.
