This study looks at whether adding a geriatrician (a doctor who specializes in care for older adults) to cancer treatment can improve outcomes for people aged 70 and older with gastrointestinal cancers like stomach, colon, or pancreatic cancer. Researchers will test if an online fitness questionnaire is easy to use and if geriatric consultations reduce unplanned hospital visits. The goal is to learn how to better support this age group during cancer care.
