Summary
This study tests a new drug called RBD5044 in 40 adults with high triglycerides, a type of fat in the blood that can increase heart risk. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo twice over 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug safely lowers triglyceride levels compared to placebo.
