Summary

This study tests whether a precise type of radiation called SBRT can restore the effectiveness of immunotherapy drugs in people whose metastatic cancer has started to progress. About 69 adults with melanoma, lung, bladder, kidney, or head/neck cancers will receive radiation to up to three tumor spots while continuing their FDA-approved checkpoint inhibitor. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or control non-irradiated tumors without requiring lifelong medication.
