Could less radiation be just as effective for head and neck cancer?

Summary
This study is testing a new approach for people with certain head and neck cancers. Instead of the usual high-dose radiation, participants will receive lower-dose radiation and chemotherapy, followed by surgery to remove any remaining cancer in the neck. The goal is to see if this gentler treatment can still control the cancer while reducing side effects. About 12 people will take part in this early-phase study.
