Summary
This study tests a new surgical method called RADAR for creating blood vessel connections needed for dialysis in 200 people with end-stage kidney disease. The goal is to see if this technique leads to fewer blockages and better long-term function compared to the standard approach. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the RADAR or traditional fistula surgery, and their outcomes are tracked over time.
