Summary
This study is tracking 4,000 people in the UK who were recently diagnosed with heart failure and have a weak heart pump (ejection fraction below 50%). Researchers will follow them over time to see how their health changes, what treatments they receive, and how often they are hospitalized or die from heart problems. The goal is to learn which treatments work best in real-world settings and help doctors follow guidelines more closely.
