Summary

This study looks at how often people develop permanent lung scarring (pulmonary fibrosis) after severe COVID-19 pneumonia. Researchers will follow 200 intensive care patients to track scarring rates, identify who is at higher risk, and see how scarring affects recovery and survival. The goal is to better understand this complication and improve future care.
