Summary

This study tests a device that uses radiofrequency energy to treat high blood pressure in the lungs of people with heart failure. The treatment aims to reduce serious heart events like hospitalizations or death. About 750 adults with stable heart failure will be randomly assigned to receive the device procedure or standard medical care, and will be followed for three years.
