First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at how far from the anus and how deep doctors need to insert a needle to numb the pudendal nerve in children having penile surgery. Researchers will measure these distances in 50 children aged 1-18 and see how they relate to age, height, and weight. The goal is to make nerve blocks more precise and effective for postoperative pain management.
