Summary
This study compared two types of ultrasound-guided nerve blocks (caudal block and dorsal penile block) to control pain after hypospadias repair in 62 boys aged 1-6 years. The main goal was to see how long it took before children needed extra pain medicine. The results could help doctors choose the best pain relief method for this surgery.
